A place where artists and customers meet and interact. Artists generate one of a kind designs and logos available for purchase or license. These are not “stock” photos, logos or designs. These are unique, one of a kind, creations made and offered by our artists.
The artwork, designs and logos are not “templates”, so you know your design is uniquely yours. To provide further protection, all of our artists’ work is copyrighted and cannot be used by the general public. For those interested in purchasing a design or logo to be used in connection with goods or services offered to the public, our company offers trademark application services at the federal level with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Our artists have a wide variety of talents and are experienced in a wide variety of design and artistic disciplines. Select from among our animators, storyboard artists, graphic designers, mixed media artists, musicians, songwriters, music producers, writers, photographers, and painters for all of your commercial, business, and personal needs. Whether you need content for advertising, website design, logo design, branding, animation, audio content, photography, written content, musical content, or other media or content, our purpose is to connect you or your business with the right creative talent. Our list of artists makes clear which discipline or creative space each of them works in, and also makes clear whether their work product can be licensed, purchased, and/or commissioned. How to Navigate This Website as a Customer

Click on View More.

If the customer wants to build their own brand using the artists provided, click on Build-your-brand.

To explore the featured artists, click on View More under their profile images. This will take the customer to the artist's individual pages that feature their art.

Once on the individual artist pages, the customer can click on Shop if they want to buy the artist's artwork.

If the customer is interested in the artwork provided, click the appropriate purchase or license buttons and provide payment information.

This will take the customer to the Artist homepage.

If the customer likes that certain artist's artwork, they can commission the artist by clicking on the Commission button. This will take the customer to a page that explains how to commission that artist. Fill out the form to commission an artist.

This will take the customer to the artist's individual store, and the customer can purchase the artwork that they choose.

If the customer is looking for certain category of art, click on Featured Art tab under services. If the customer is looking for a certain service to request from an artist, click on the tab called Services.
How to Navigate This Website as an Artist
1.
Start on the Homepage. If the artist is not on the featured list, join us using the pop-up form.

If the artist wants to learn about copyrights, click on the tab labeled Copyrights. This will lead the artist to what Bright Trademarks LLC does to keep artwork within the artist's protected rights

If the artist wants to learn about licensing their artwork, click on the tab labeled License. Bright Trademarks LLC will work with the artist and create a document that will keep the rights to the artist.

Contact Bright Trademarks LLC by going to the Contact Us page if there are any questions, comments, or concerns.

Click on View More. This will take the artist to the featured artist homepage.

If the artist wants to learn about Trademarks, click on the tab labeled Trademarks. Bright Trademarks LLC will work with the artist to make sure the artwork is registered for a trademark.

If the artist wants to learn about commissions, click on the tab labeled Commissions. The artist will work with Bright Trademarks LLC to create a plan that keeps their work or their intellectual property protected.
